Hello, I'm currently working on a project of a huge office building with a small area for retail and a restaurant.

I am still a bit unclear about the the M&V - Tenant Submetering documentation.

I am modeling a 50,000 sf college cafeteria. The campus central plant boiler will provide steam to the cafeteria through a utility tunnel at basement level.

I have a couple of questions regarding this credit: 1) The credit states that to design a fully-automated Demand Response or tp utilize a semi-automated DR.

Does anyone have any experience using the showers in an existing non-LEED building adjacent to the new LEED building for this credit?
