Can't find pipe insulation that meets LEED V4 criteria

Can someone guide me in to some pipe insulation for 1/2" pex piping that meets the requirements of LEED V4 Homes. Needs to be 1/2" wall thickness, minimum R-4 Everything I can get locally is R3.5,
