Hello all, I am working on a Core and Shell project that is targeting Green Power. While we have an energy model for the project, can you confirm if the project MUST use the Option 1?

In v2009, you could use 3.6 GPF blowout toilets in institutional uses, but could not show savings for using blowout toilets with lower flow.
