SSc2 - Property Building data

NC-2009 SSc2:Development Density and Community Connectivity

I'm struggling finding the building information for the surrounding areas. I have checked the zoning maps, and property tax doc but can't find all the information. Any other suggestions?

In order to comply with this system, is it mandatory to have entryway systems installed (either matts or grid) or is it possible to comply without having these entryway systems?

Pedestrian access is defined in the reference guide as "Allows people to walk to services without being blocked by walls, freeways or other barriers." Are sidewalks and crosswalks required?

We are planning on certifying a school addition. The existing building is not certified and there will be a clear boundary between the addition and existing building.
