LEED is generally applied to individual, whole buildings, so you'll have to split these buldings out into different LEED projects, anyway. |

Given the high level of work going on, it sounds like LEED-NC is most appropriate here. If the building remains occupied through the work, then I would say that you have your choice to use LEED... |

I wouldn't sweat it too much. I don't think that particular piece of data has any major bearing on LEED credit achievement. Go with what seems right. |
