Although the first building is going for LEED CS v4 the other buildings are not. The Master Plan has the different areas in the Plan sharing resources ie: parking, common areas etc. Can the footprint of the Master Plan somehow be used to show that our site meets credits such as Open Space, Rain Water Management, Site Development, Reduced Parking etc. ?

Hi Gabriel,
It is depending on what each credit's requirements specify. Some credits are allowed for multitenant approach, while some are not.
For open space, rainwater management, and reduce parking credit, the credit requirement maybe met using footprint of the master plan, while for site development credit, the requirement only apply for area within project boundary.
