Lighting control in office space

I am working on an office building that has overhead lighting that is controlled based on occupancy sensors. The fixtures are grouped per 3,6 meters and there is no manual override.

My project is a nursing home with some workstations for staff. In the form (v 4.0) on LEED Online there is nowhere to fill out what lighting controls the residents have.
