We have a building that has apartments only, do we have to add visitors to our FTE calculation?

I don't think its required, but it would be more accurate to assume some visitors to make sure there are publically accessible bike racks.

I have the same question, but how many should you guess for a residential building? We have 55 FTE for residential project, but I am having a hard time deciding how many visitors should be added and then the peak value as well. Is there some guideline or rule of thumb that might help? Thanks!
