ATM and Driving School

NC-2009 SSc2:Development Density and Community Connectivity

Hi all, need to get some guidance here. Can ATM considered as "bank"? Since the ATM is having full capability of banking services, except opening bank account.

We have a traditional dormitory project, where each 170 sf room will house two students, each with a bed, desk and built in cabinet-type closet.

Cut Sheets for re-used Furniture?

Our CI project has a large amount of re-used furniture, which we will need to provide cut sheets for in order to get to the min 20% threshold.

The title of the pilot credit implies occupant activeness in general, but the credit focuses significantly on staircases as the means of activity.

The credit language states: particle board, MDF, wheatboard, door cores, and laminating adhesive used for assemblies. We have a reconstituted teak veneer that will go on wood panels and doors.

We are working on an office project. The typical floor will be a completely open space, with workstations and meeting spaces (not enclosed). This will not be a densely occupied space.
