My project is located in a hospital campus and I am targeting this credit for 5 points; 3 for community connectivity and 2 for development density.

We have a mixed use building major renovation on a Government site. There are shops and maintenance areas, some that have unique exhaust systems. Our designer has addressed these requirements.

Bike Rack?

Hello, I have read to Reference Guide EMOB 2009 and cannot decide if a bike rack that will be permanently installed on the exterior of the building would comply here?
