50% or Residents and Buildings with Access

My question is in regards to the 50% requirement of residents and the # of weekday trips. Lets pretend that 25% of my residents have access to 3 stops which accounts for 30 weekday trips and the other 25% of my residents only have access to 1 stop which accounts for another 30 weekday trips totaling 60-weekday trips for 1-point. Do all 50%+ of my residents have to have access to all 4 stops in order to count for the 60 weekday trips or are the trips themselves an aggregate and at least 50% of residents need access to at least 1-stop? Thanks You!

Sara, it's the latter. The first paragraph of the Option 1 requirement is two parts separated by 'and' so they get satisfied separately: first, 50% of the total residential building entrances (weighted by the number of dwelling units accessed) and non-residential building entrances must be within the required walk distance of one or more qualified stops; and second, the aggregate trips at those stops must meet credit minimums. Eliot - thank you for confirming. I felt that was correct but I just wanted to be sure. Best.
