The LEED reviewers, once again, have succeeded in exasperating me and my team. We submitted under alternative compliance making a case that our approach supports the intent of the credit and why.

renovation and repurpose of an old school into an office facility. parking capacity will remain the same, but some existing spots (9 spots out of about 85) are limestone.

Specialty Appropriate for the Project

I am a LEED AP ID+C. I mostly work on LEED NC BD+C. Will I need to retake the specialty exam in LEED v4 to qualify for this credit? If so, do I need to take the LEED Associate Exam?
