Hi everyone, We have a residential project which has around 600 rooms naturally ventilated. I've prepared an excel sheet to demonstrate compliance with natural ventilation requirements.

If demolition is done by a landlord before a tenant has taken possession, does it have to be included in the calculations for LEED CI?.

If the 62MZ calculator reveals that the critical zone is a zone with cooling only (with a min of 0), is that an appropriate reason to pursue Case 2?

What are people doing out there for sealing quick-response sprinkler heads in mid-rise projects? I've been told that the gasket approach cannot be used with quick-response heads.
