Do we need to comply with the ventilation rates in Table 6-1 (ASHRAE 62.1-2007) for electrical rooms, lift machine rooms, electrical rooms etc?

I'm working on a project in an urban space that have Local Zoning Ordinance.

We have a project over 50,000 sf in DD phase and are in early talks with a potential Facility Manager. Can a FM or a disinterested party from that FM firm serve as a CxA for EAc3?

Recently, IEQp2 for EBO+M projects are also requiring additional documentation that is not clearly requested in reference guide or on LEED Online.

Another issue with existing buildings is with previously existing permanently installed walk-off surfaces.

Will the GBCI accept the model if it is completed based on Title 24 -2008 energy standard in lieu of the T24-2005 or ASHRAE 90.1-2007?

Is it okay to pursue more than one path to obtain ID credits?

On the form for this credit, there is an option to upload IEQp2-RS1.

I am seeking clarity on this point given the GCBI's June 2011 update of MPRs and the current emphasis on defining a project "in it's entirety".
