Experience about the Pilot Credit

This credit has a wonderful intention since it is based on the well-being of the users of the project in order to generate comfort in the occupation of the buildings.

Does USDA Certified Biobased Product = bio-based content?

Has anyone had any luck claiming compliant bio-based content with a product that is certified as a "USDA Certified Biobased Product"?  It looks like testing is done via ASTM test method D6866,

Flooring under LEED v4 - Less stringent than LEED v3?

For LEED v4, so long as the flooring is tested for TVOC under General Emissions Evaluation (CDPH 1.1), it appears to comply complies. It feels as if flooring under LEED v4 is less stringe

Project is underconstruction and 60 % completion of gross project work. Now project is registered under LEED v4 BD+C of https://www.leedonline.com/projects.
