Parking Garage ventilation

Storage Rooms as Critical Zone using 62MZ Spreadsheet

I have received review comments from a LEED Review Team questioning the results of the 62MZ spreadsheet which identified a Storage Room as the "Critical Zone".

VOC Testing

Hello, Do you guys know if the VOC testing could be done by the paint manufacturer or should it be undertaken by a third party ? Should the testing be done in accordance to a special standard ?

We have a project on a "campus" site with existing buildings. The Owner has installed an extensive array of PVs which are shared by buildings on this site.

In the pdf download from usgbc.org, one of the credits requirements is 'install drift eliminators that achieve minimum efficiencies of 0.2% for counter-flow systems or 0.5% for cross-flow system'.

locker room bench?

I am working on a very small renovation project that will probably have no millwork, but it does have a butcher block locker room bench that is fixed permanently to the floor.
