Project in Europe and Energy Star

CI-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

I’m starting to realize that it will be hard to find Energy Star rated equipment in Sweden. Computers – no problem, but for fridges, dishwashers etc we use the European EU energy rating system.

I don’t understand the meaning of paragraph G3.1.2.8 of ASHRAE 90.1, in particular: “System design supply airflow rates for the baseline buildings design shall be based on a supply-air-to-room-air

I find it odd that a hotel is not listed as an amenity. Does anyone have any history with getting this accepted? What about a gas station and nursery? (The kind with plants, not children).
