My client's building obtained the MRc6 (Waste Stream Audit) credit four years ago with our LEED EBOM v2009 certification. We did not receive MRc7 (Waste Mgmt of Ongoing Consumables).

Portfolio Manager - All Requests Suspended for Energy Star Scores Until Early 2019

I will assume most are aware that Portfolio Manager has suspended applications for Energy Star Certification from September 2018 until early 2019.  As a requirement for EAc1 to be earned,

Existing Building as LCA Baseline

One of the four options for creating LCA baselines according to this LEED Interpretation - https://www.usgbc.org/content/100002019 - is to use an existing building, and make modifications necessary
