Demountable Partition "Category"

CI-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

Curious if Demountable partitions are categorized as a furniture item, or if it's considered "walls" and each part (glass, frame, etc) is separated in the LEM spreadsheet?

The Reference guide states: "LEED refers to products and materials that create the building or are attached to it"

Are materials that create the parking spaces included?

I'm looking at the certificate provided by SCS Global that states that the product is "Level 3" and "conforms to ANSI/BIFMA e3-2014e".

BPF for ASHRAE 90.1 or LEED v4

We're working on a project where multiple versions of ASHRAE 90.1 are enforced. LEED v4 enforces 2010 and other government agencies enforce 2016 (also potentially 2013).
