I just went through the post-ceriftication process for a project and I did not see any location to upload the signed USGBC Energy and Water Data Release Authorization Form. Has this step changed?

PI Form 1 states: Note: The Data Release Form can be downloaded from the Credit Resources section of LEED Online.

I recently completed a building that is to be certified under the LEED Core & Shell program. The building was literally a 'shell' - no interior finishes to speak of.
