Innovation Credit for Materials manufactured only within 500 mil

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to get an innovation credit for having certain percentage of materials being manufactured within 500 miles. I'm not able to get regional credit for not many were extracted within 500 miles. Any thoughts?

No. This is covered in MRc5 and you can get one point for each threshold: 10% and 20%. If you get to 30% regional material then you can earn an Exemplary Performance credit.
