Will the reviewers accept a spreadsheet as a plumbing fixture schedule in lieu of the plans from the Construction Documents?

In LEED review comments I've been referred to the Water Use Reduction Additional Guidance document. I didn't know this was a required reference document.

Should we consider Hotel Room Showers?

Should we have to consider the shower heads of the guest rooms? Our Hansgrohe assistant told us that we should not consider them because a hotel is a commercial building but we want to be completely sure. In the other hand we did not find any commercial shower head with a flow rate below the baseline.

Yes you should consider showers in guest rooms as well. Guests come under residents category. There are showers that comply with the baseline. Even Hansgrohe does.
