I am working on a student housing project on a university campus. The majority of the building are resident rooms with some amenity spaces.

I have a small office fit-out project that is pursuing Option 2 (prescriptive) for Optimize Energy Performance.

This is the first time I have implemented this pilot credit/ACP.

The credit lists 4 points available but in looking through the language I see 1-2 points for Option 1 AND/OR 1 point for Option 2, which only provides 3 possible points.

Could the 'High Priority Site' credit in LEED v4 be substituted with the LEED v4.1 credit 'High Priority Site and Equitable Development'?

The project team is pursuing this pilot credit after achieving BPDO EPD and HPD credits.

We were at the begining quite overwhelmed with this one. It seemed like a complicated thing to do, since the analysis went really much deeper than any of the other credit required it to.

If this Pilot Credit is pursued as an ID credit under initial LEED-ID+C v4 certification, can Green Cleaning (as part of the O+M Starter Kit) also be pursued?

Cleanliness Protocols:  Wondering if there has been any pushback from Operators/Facility staff on these protocols and the training requirements?
