Hi all,

I am working on a project that is trying to do a mock certification of a residential complex under the pilot program from WELL, does anyone know if a feature does not apply to my project, for example, I don't have any food being sold within the complex, or even the cooling related features, we are in Ireland so cooling is never necessary, in WELL can I just ignore them on the checklist?

That is correct, Ricardo. Remember that the provision of food also includes vending machines. In so far as cooling, it is okay not to cool the space, but you will still need to comply with thermal comfort and ventilation requirements.
