Steel reporting for MRc5

The reporting that I have used for steel on all my projects has been successful and met the expectations of the reviewers in terms of the point of manufacture and extraction.

Under Gross Square Footage designed to be regularly occupied the pull down offers Actual or Estimated. In this case does Actual mean built and estimated is the take off from the drawing?

We have an office area with multiple workstations and several small windows that individually do not meet the 4% size requirement of ASHRAE 62.1-2007.
