EBOM-2009 IEQc3.1:Green Cleaning—High-Performance Cleaning Program

Executed Vendor Agreements

As part of our staffing, we have some external vendors. I find the requirements vague as to whether we need to include an executed vendor agreement for these outsource entities or simply indicate that they will abide by the green cleaning and training requirements. Can anyone confirm?

Michelle, I don't see a place in LEED Online to upload executed vendor agreements. It seems like the core documentation is the policy.

Hi Tristan, You are right per GBCI. They need to be acknowledged in the policy, but no executed agreements are required. Thanks for the response.
