AEDG For Big Box Retail in a 34000 Sq. foot Auto Dealership

I have a proposed project implementing a CV system that meets Title 24 2019 in California but I think we can get more points if I used the AEDG presciptive path in lieu of an energy model.

For LEED projects that consist of tenant space within a larger building, do they have to consider adjacencies to spaces outside the scope of work?

Hi all!  We received feedback from the LEED review team on Cx that I had not seen before.  We have a Core & Shell building where the exisitng Domestic Hot Water heater was retained.

Lighting Controls for Natatorium

It seems to me that it would be inappropriate to have dimmers in a natatorium for safety reasons. Has anyone worked on this credit for a natatorium project?
