Which Standard to use?

A WELL certification will be pursued and the project was registered to LEED v2009. IEQ Prerequisite 1 Option 1 will be in line with ASHRAE 62.1-2007.

Option 2 "reduction below industry average"

For option 2 it states the products must demonstrate impact reduction below industry average in at least 3 categories. Where do I find those "industry averages" to know if my products qualify?

I received the following comment from a LEED reviewer; "The LEED Form states that the project is mechanically ventilated and that the ventilation system has met the minimum requirements of ASHRAE
