NC-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

Projects with Several Physically Distinct Structures

We are starting with the process of certifying a project under v4 for BD+C. It is a hotel with a main building with a main building of 5,000 square meters plus 2 additional small buildings of 1.000 square meters each. I do not understand in the new guide if this can be a single project according to the chapter describing: Projects with Several Physically Distinct Structures, last sentence?

I think the main building of the hotel is considered as a separate project because it already exceed 25,000 square feet. Which means that the hotel could register under the campus program.

Hi I have a similar issue. We are pursuing LEED for a hotel cum resort project with 80 individual villas plus main admin block, spa block, utlity blocks etc. None of the buildings have an area of more than 25,000 square feet. Are we eligible for a single certification project? Also, do we need to register each building separately, as in the campus approach.
