NC 2009 MPR Form 2 - actual vs estimated square footage

Under Gross Square Footage designed to be regularly occupied the pull down offers Actual or Estimated. In this case does Actual mean built and estimated is the take off from the drawing?

Have any of you experienced a review in which the reviewer revised/corrected the form as he/she saw fit changing the numbers from the original input.

We have an office area with multiple workstations and several small windows that individually do not meet the 4% size requirement of ASHRAE 62.1-2007.

There are no 100-year floodplain maps for Scotland County (project location) on file with the Scotland County Assessor, the USDA, the US Farm Service Agency or the Missouri State Emergency Manageme
