Gosh, this credit is never 100% in the "yes" column when you have a building that is not a traditional office space.

I have a coffee shop in my building.

IECc6.1 Hotel Servery

Our LEED review for the breakfast servery offered in the hotel is that we do not comply with multi-occupant spaces for lighting controls. We offered occupancy sensor with "forced off" override....

Hallo,

We are certifying an airport and we would like to know if the counters need to have task lighting. The IEQ Space Matrix does not include this type of building.

If the credit is applied on Metro stations , can i presume that the credit holds good only for office spaces or regularly occupied spaces within the station ? Can I ignore tranisition spaces...
