Airflow measuring devices

NC-2009 IEQc1: Outdoor Air Delivery Monitoring

Hi,
In order to file compliance with IEQP1 & IEQc1: does the Airflow measuring devices need to be connected to BMS? Can they be standalone and programmed to generate an alarm?

Co2 monitors are required to be between 3' - 6' above finish floor. Is there any latitude in the location of these? The State Correctional Facility will not allow these to be mounted at this...
