NC-2009 IEQc1:Outdoor Air Delivery Monitoring

Occupant Density Calculation for IEQc1

There is a office room (100sqft) and the permanent occupancy is 1 person. In the layout, there are three chairs for the permanent worker and for two visitors. Do we have to count all 3 when calculating the occupant density for IEQc1?
