EA Credit 1 allows for different percentages of energy performance for "Existing Building Renovations" than for "New Buildings", but there does not appear to be any information in the reference...

"Operate fan contiuously when spaces are occupied and cycle it during unoccupied hours".
What might the phrase "cycle it" mean...
