We are working on a large warehouse addition and plan on reusing the exterior wall of the main warehouse as one of the exterior walls of the new warehouse. There will be minor penetrations for forklift acess between the warehouses but they will have distinct, separate uses. We would appreciate some clarification on the reuse of that existing wall for MRc3. To evaluate the cost of that exterior wall, would we estimate the cost of building that existing wall using today's dollars?
Also, we will be reusing lighting from the existing building to light the new warehouse. Do we estimate the cost for those fixtures using today's dollars as well?
