Irrigation by hose

NC-2009 WEc1: Water Efficient Landscaping

Hi,
my project will use non-potable irrigation by hose, but the template of LEED online don't show this option.
How can I calculate the efficiency of this method?

We are trying to reach the 5% landscaped area in a project.

The question is: how do we measure it? The shaded area or the tree well area?

Our client is using only grass in the landscaping and this is not going to be irrigated.

Are we elegible for credit WEc1?

About 15% of our site consists of vegetaded area composed by an APP (permanent protected area). This is a pre-existing vegetated area composed by adapted/native species that the owner won't touch...
