The local code requires a specific minimum number of spaces which is less than the base ratios of Appendix 4

Hello to all Leedusers,

I have following question concerning the Reduced parking footprint: The local code requires a specific minimum number of spaces which is less than the base ratios after the reduction.

For example I have a Office building in Europe where the local Code requires  minimum 18 parking spaces and according the Appendix 4 base ratio after the reduction of 30% the parking spaces are 33.

I have minimum parking spaces by local Code   < Appendix 4 base ratio after the reduction of 30%  ó 18<33.

Can my project be eligible for this credit?
