Still confused about how to treat/account for the first floor for the retail/commercial spaces with 4 stories of apartments above.

During the Design Review, we have submitted the LT credit Access to quality transit, and we have earned 4 out of 5 points (LEED v4.1).

My team has helped clients in pursuing this credit in multiple projects and we are now submitting it for a school project.
