During the Design Review, we have submitted the LT credit Access to quality transit, and we have earned 4 out of 5 points (LEED v4.1). However, during the Construction Phase, we detected an increase in the bus lines and trips. We believe that this increase is due to a higher demand caused by the ending of the COVID-19 restrictions, and people returning to work at the offices.
We have not experienced resubmitting an awarded credit before. Can we resend the documentation with more trips to earn more points? Do we need to pay for an appeal of that credit?
