Future development in the same LPB

Hello Eliot, The project I am working on is a mixed-use (mostly residential) neighborhood. There will be solar PV on every home as well as ground source heat pumps.

How can I provide blower door test results before occupancy?

Hi, On the credit form I must upload blower door test results but this credit is a design phase credit and the test is only after construction is complete.

Our project will capture rainwater for the irrigation of the green roof and for the flushing of WCs in the building.

CO2 sensors in return ductwork?

The CO2 sensors for this science building are in the return ductwork, not 3-6' from the floor. I'm telling the team that this is clearly not in compliance, but the Honeywell rep insists otherwise.

We have an urban mixed-use project--about 90% residential and about 10% retail. We are building new parking for the residential units only.
