SSc1 Option 1 states, "Show that the building has previously been certified under LEED for New Construction and Major Renovations.", which seems to imply a LEED 2009 certificaton.
What if the facility was certified under LEED NC v. 2.2, would it still be eligible for the 4 points from SSc1?

David, Yes it would still be eligible, provided you are able to satisfy criteria in individual credits. Check credits that have a streamlined path options from the NC certification (This means in some cases providing details of the NC certification number etc)

Thanks Barry, I'm not certain what you are referring to about streamlined credits. To be clear, the facility will be certified under LEED New Construction ver. 2.2/2008 and will then be certified under EBOM 2009. We want to be certain that the NC ver. 2.2 certification allow us to achieve 4 points under EBOM 2009 SSc1.

David. Provided that your building has been certified in LEED NC (any version) you will be able to claim the SSc1 credit. The only reason that I make the comment about credits is that requirements for success of some credits between different versions of LEED, 'MAY' require additional support documentation...example could be light pollution where the requirements under EB V3 are "If the project is certified under LEED for Schools or New Construction, show that SS Credit 8: Light Pollution Reduction was earned."...however GBCI review might ask for more details about light trespass from the interior of the building. Your LEED AP EB O&M should have up to date addenda and additions.
