Hello. I am working on a Shell and Core submission. The tenant requirement specifies a VRF system with an EER=3.45 for the proposed building.

We are happy to see how gender neutral toilets are being supported by USGBC. Maybe it could even develop as a internal policy for bigger companies.

Can a product meeting one of the basic credit criteria, (recycled content) also count for the regional multiplier if it is 85% Regional?

So clarifying that for compliance with this credit, documentation that the product is complianct with CDPH v1.2 is enough?
