Parking garage with 2 sides of 6 sides 50% open to the outside

Table 6.4 of ASHRAE 60.1-2010 Note C states that for parking garages exhaust not required if two or more sides comprise walls that are at least 50% open to the outside. I have a garage with irregular geometry, it is not a rectangle but there are 6 sides (2 long sides, 1 medium sides, 3 short sides). Can the two walls that are at least 50% open to the outside be 2 of six sides, for example 1 long side and 1 short side of my parking garage?

The International Building Code explains this scenario a little better then ASHRAE. Google search "International Building Code 406.5". It considers total perimeter wall area and if the openings are located on two opposing sides of the garage.
