I have three office towers on one large property, each connected to a mall via walkways. The shared parking structures beneath these towers serve tenants, mall visitors, and others. My objective is to get LEED EBOM certification for each tower individually, but the issue is including the parking structure's energy use in the certification due to its single meter. How can I include the parking structure's energy consumption in the certification process for the separate towers? TIA.
