Hi, For credit compliance, under OPTION 1 - Simulation, is it required to model the building context (e.g. neighboring buildings/obstructions)?

Shade from future tree canopy within 5 years

Under SSc7.1 one strategy is to shade hardscape with trees. Is there a template or guideline that shows the average tree canopy diameter within 5 years for certain species?

Hello, I have a question about filling PIf1 out in leedonline, this is about complying with all the MPRs. Our building will use energy and water meters to report our data to USGBC.

The table lists 3 components: - Prior condition area - Completed design area - Retained components area I understand the prior condition area which is the existing components before any works.

Part of our warehouse project consists of a space (100m*100m*40m) using a ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system). It allows to store goods without people occupying the space.
