Hi All, I am working on a LEED NC 2009 project and have questions about filling up the v2009_Minimum Energy Performance Calculator_v06. Hope someone can give me some advice.

We have a LEED schools project in a suburban setting and the minimum zoning requirement is 114 while the district’s demand for more spaces is causing us to provide 175.

How are student residence halls classified on a college campus?

Is it acceptable to attempt the same pilot credit on more than one project? For instance, I achieved PC81 on one project. I was wondering if it is acceptable to attempt it on another project?

This Pilot Credit is now listed as closed to new registrations and I do not see it in the Innovation Catalog. Does that mean that this is no longer an option for an Innovation in Design credit?

Hello Everyone, We are preparing our Client to buy Green-e certified energy. We don't know if he has to buy also GOs or carbon offsets for district hot water that the building is supplied with.

We just received Construction Decision and the client wants to know if we can submit additional credits (to get from LEED Silver to Gold). Has anyone tried this? Any advice? Thanks!
