I have following issue I have a LEED project that is certified as LEED Gold under LEED 2009 NC changes usage.

The credit language for this Option says "provide a separate control zone for each solar exposure and interior space."

Is there a template of self-declared report for compliance with Option 1? Has anyone ever specified a way of complying with requirements of Option 1? Thank you.

We have a hotel with 4,000 SF of retail at the lower level of a new construction hotel project? How do we sepperate the two projects if they have a central energy plan for chilled water? 

we are designing a school project with 14 classrooms and 5 more classrooms planned for future expansión of the school. Those 5 classrooms will not have anything but the walls, windows, and doors.
