I am currently working on a project where we will have PV panels on the roof, so most of the roof is being covered and will not need to count towards this credits.

In the Bird's Eye View comments above, it states that an operable window is considered a control for one person.

the credit does not allow for lead in roofing or flashing.

Can the organic compost used for our vegetative roof be considered post-consumer recycled material?
