Is it possible to consider obstruction such as louvers on Restrooms to mantain privacity while having quality views?

Default Values for FTEs in the Calculator

Is it required to use the default values for FTEs in the calculator?  For example, the 'Uses per Day' of FTE for showerheads is 0.1 as default, however, what if we expect more than 1 out

It is a big box 'speculative warehouse' that is pursuing Core & Shell cert since there are no restrooms, no office buildouts, etc. within the CS scope of work.
