Option 3. Carshare - Occupant Classification

"Provide at least one vehicle parking space for every 100 occupants, rounded up. If the project has fewer than 100 occupants, provide one carshare vehicle parking space."

The USGBC reviewer has pointed out that per LEED Interpretation 10372, wood materials that contain both recycled content and FSC certified wood content, cannot be counted twice - which makes sense,

Hi - I have a very strange scenario.  The local utility company is providing the site and parking lot lighitng, including installing it and maintaing it.  They are NOT metering it.
