Using a weighted average to document exemplary performance

The hardscape for my project is mostly white concrete. However, in some areas the white concrete is edged by colored concrete which has SRI values outside the allowable range.

If the tenant is remodeling existing space or the move location is predetermined, is it possible to get 1 of 2 points if we start in pre-design and look at energy and plumbing systems?
